How to join

Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

-21 DAYS RISK-FREE EXCHANGES

Although we all wish we can ride all day everyday; we understand that life happens and that you may not be able to check out your new gear right away. 

We want you to take your time to inspect, try on and appreciate your new NSR Riding  gear.

We provide a 21 Day Risk-Free Exchange where you can review your item(s) closely, and if you need a different color or size;

we just simply ask that you inspect them carefully in order to retain their new / pristine condition.


-NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUNDS

Your new  NSR Riding apparel & gear not as you thought? Not a problem. We won't ask you a million questions about the reason of your request. 

Although we certainly want you to be 110% satisfied with your new gear and help enhance the riding experience;

we are committed in making sure you have a positive & easy customer experience with us. Again, simply keep your order in new condition and we will process your request.


-LIFE-TIME REPAIRS & WARRANTY

If properly taken care of;   NSR Riding gear should last you a lifetime. But as riders ourselves, we know that things can happen during your rides. 

So we offer our  NSR Riding family a lifetime of repairs or a serious discount if we are not able to repair.

Whether a seam loosens or panel tears from a crash; you're covered with us. We don't just invest in our employees & products;

we want to invest in you and build a lasting & trusting relationship.


How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

-Order & Payment Confirmation

Once you place your order successfully; you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.

-Prices & Taxes / Customs / VAT

*Prices are quoted in US dollars, UK pounds, Canadian dollars, Euros, Australian dollars, Swiss francs, Japanese yen,

Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor, Danish kroner and New Taiwan dollars. All US and Australian dollar prices exclude value added tax.
* Although many international orders are duty free in most cases in relation to our products,

we definitely recommend customers reviewing their Local Customs Policies regarding receiving clothing & gear orders from S. Korea.

We do Not include Custom Duty / VAT taxes in our final invoice and are not liable for any delivery interruptions in relation to this matter.

Shipping

  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $15 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $150.

    Most orders are delivered within 3 ~ 5 DaysPlease take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

    -Shipping Info

    NSR Riding utilizes DHL & USPS for getting your new gear to you as fast as possible!

    Your order fulfillment will originate from either our Global distribution center in S. Korea. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking # when the order is shipped out~


    -Order to Packing Time

    NSR Riding normally processes and confirms orders within 24 hours from receiving your order. Delays may occur around the U.S. Federal holidays.

    - Customs and Duties
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

    Please check with your local customs agencies for more info.

    Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel,

    the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.



Returns & Exchanges

-Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are only accepted for products purchased from nsrriding.com. If you purchased from one of our retail partners,

then please process your request with them according to their policies.

All returns & exchanges require to be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.

Taking the product out of the NSR Riding packaging is acceptable as we understand this needs to be done to fully review your new item.  

When returning items to NSR Riding, please ensure the product is tracked, well packaged,

and protected as we cannot be responsible for damages or incorrect deliveries to wrong addresses. Currently;

shipping costs back to us must be paid by the customer, but we will determine the closest location to you to reduce the cost on your end.


Exchanges

Whatever the reason may be, if you wish to make an exchange on your purchase;

NSR Riding provides a 21 Day Risk-Free Exchanges on all our products. Exchanges may be made for different sizes, or color, and/or different item either of equal or higher value.

If exchanged for a higher value item; we will provide a separate invoice with the new item (+shipping cost if applicable)

and the charge for the difference between your old and new exchange items.


Return (Refund) Policy

We want to make certain that you get a positive feeling when you receive your new NSR Riding product(s).

One of our principle belief is that you should feel like you received more than what you paid for. 

If you are not 100% satisfied, please make a request within 21 days of the order arrival and keep them in saleable condition for a refund.

We do not charge restocking or processing fees, but a reasonable number of return requests per year is appreciated. 

Please review the "Return or Exchange Process" process below in order to make your request. 


Tent Return (Refund) Policy

The new NSR RIDING TENTS can be reviewed and returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

We understand that this product may have to be opened and pitched in order to check out fully. 

Although this is understandable, we are only able to provide a partial refund (the price of the tent - $50) as this covers our transaction fees and shipping costs. 

As such, we ask that you review the product description on this particular product carefully and make the final purchase decision. 

How To Start The Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Please contact nsrglobal@shints.com with the subject:

Your NSR Riding Invoice # provided in the order confirmation. 

* In the case of an Exchange; please also let us know which item, size (and color; if applicable) you would like to exchange for. 

Step 2: We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know which location to send your product back to.

We will provide the closest location from you. 

Step 3: Send the product(s) you ordered according to the information. 

Step 4: We will inspect and confirm receipt of the product, let you know of the results, and if all is well;

we will either ship out your new exchange item(s) or process your refund within seven to Ten days in most cases. 

For international returns; we cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning the products.

All packages sent back to us must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”.

By purchasing NSR Riding products, it is not only an investment in your gear, but also an investment and trust in us.

Lifetime Repairs & Warranty

As riders ourselves; we understand that things happen during the joy of riding.

Whether from excessive use, a crash or pedal snag from your riding buddy; if we are able to fix the damage (such as ripped seams or zippers, etc.);

we will repair your gear no matter when you purchased the NSR Riding product. 

If the damage is too great (such as a large rip on the front panel of a jersey or damage that cannot be cleanly repaired);

Please contact nsr_marketing@shints.com with the subject "Repair Request" or "Warranty Request" to start the process. 

Faulty Product

We are absolutely committed to the standard of excellence in our products, and have a 4 stage quality check process

(twice at our own manufacturing facilities & twice before your order is packaged and shipped out). 

Still, there are remote times where faulty products can result. If you believe your NSR Riding product has a manufacturing defect at any point during your use of the product;

please contact us right away and we will replace the item as soon as possible or replace the product with a product of equal value if the original item is sold out or unavailable.

To start a repair or warranty request; please contact us at nsrglobal@shints.com with the subject "Repair Request" Or "Warranty Request," and our team member will begin the process.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
